The Eagle Has Landed Where and when

Scenario

Another hair-brained idea of Hitler's, to kidnap Churchill. Were it not for an extra-ordinary piece of synchronicity the plan would have been abandoned. Spies have forwarded information to German Military Intelligence that the British premier is scheduled to visit a remote airfield in East Anglia. As Churchill is known to travel lightly guarded a plan is hatched to do the deed.

A crack commando unit of Fallschirmjägers is airdropped in the Suffolk countryside and heads for the village of Studley Constable...

Like every Comrades in Arms film-sim event this airsoft game has restricted uniform, weapon and ammunition rules - full information can be found in the menu above under 'Reference'.

Where and when

This was an event run exclusively by Comrades in Arms and wias be held at the old RAF Tuddenham airfield, Suffolk on Sunday the 2nd March 2008. Camping is available for Saturday evening and players are most welcome to join in the on-site social evening.

Due to the focused nature of this event, numbers will be strictly limited to
20 Axis players and 20 US players.

We are booking now - payment in advance. Game fees are non-refundable however the place is transferable. If you are unable to attend then you may make your own arrangements to swap with another player, you can use the forum for this purpose. We only ask that you transfer German for German, US for US. A side swap must be approved by CiA before transfer.

This is a Sunday game although players are most welcome to arrive the evening before and camp on site. Comrades in Arms games are always a social event too - like-minded people are good company!

Burger style lunch is available on Sunday at modest cost - menu will be provided closer to the event date.
