I could outlast most US players - they might be young, but they are more used to sitting around playing on games consoles than actually keeping fit! :P

I won't mention the 10k run that Che and Carl chickened out of then....... ;)

It's not nice pie Taffy, it's pie made out of someone making assumptions about the physical capabilities of the 'younger generation'
Just to put it in to perspective, I'm of the xbox generation and twice a week I run 7Km on an incline, the rest of the days at the gym I warm up by doing 2 n half then benching 70 or 80kgs.

To put it into a further perspective I too am of the xbox generation!

I walk to the train station at least two times a week and it is over ten minutes away (and I don't mean like Ten minutes and a couple of seconds, it is at least 11 minutes! Sometimes I also have to walk really fast because I wanted a couple of minutes more in bed and so missed my regular start time.

Sometimes I walk it so fast it is not even practical to smoke whilst I do the last bit up the stairs.

I'm of the Meccano generation and fit as a fiddle - the secret? I watch keep fit videos. Green Goddess, Jane Fonda, Olivia Newton John and more latterly Davina McCall and Strictly Come Dancing
