Airsoft Panda report the Zeta Lab (Ares) Mosin Nagant Sniper Rifle with PU 91/30 scope worldwide release date is 15th July 2011. That was yesterday and it isn’t clear whether this date was accurate but the scopes have definitely been manufactured so even if there is date slippage we can’t be far away now. Airsoft Panda’s price is 485USD

And proof that the sniper version IS being shipped – KennyM of the WW2airsoft.eu forum has one (_Arthur’s one being currently held up in Belgian customs). What isn’t clear from the Ares website is that the sniper variant not only comes with the scope but also the longer & angled sniper bolt handle.
