You may notice we do not yet have a German lead for this event so if you think you are the man for the job please step forward for our consideration. 
Who ever is lead will have to be able to give out orders and make quick decisions as the game evolves during the day, this will not be a standard two dimensional game god guys and bad.

Im in....Can do US Inf, Airborne. Cant do German, but can do French resistance....Vichey French If needed.

Great stick with the US inf do you have a 43 jacket by chance not that it matters you can pick some post war up cheap for as little as £15.

I think when we put the uniform on a bit of the master race always comes to the surface it's get getting into character and what makes all this so fun.
Even on forums hiding behind a persona like Oddball lets me get away with postings that many other names would not 
I think if you wear the Brit kit too much a bit of Montgomery always slips out, so if you do 101st you also take on traits that they may exhibit.
All on a subconscious level of course. 
So as a bunch of weekend actors we should try and get along with each other. I also have German, and British kit.
Anyway back to the thread I will add Tiny to the booking page!

I now have an offer from Andy Marsh a North West re-enactor with full luftwaffe officers kit so I think he will take lead now.
He is also hoping to bring along maybe 5 other Germans.

I am totally up for this game as a German ofcourse, only problem is I will not know until closer the time if I can have leave as 2 off my Section have already booked this time off. I will try and keep you posted, cheers, Tony
