No need to swot up on Wehrmacht squad tactics. The limitations of airsoft weapons (and players) renders most of the textbook stuff useless anyway.
We'll maybe use 2 or 3 of the most common hand signals, details TBA. Using 10 variations and shouting in german just confuses matters 
.
The key is simply for the squad to understand what the current objectives are and follow fekkin' orders. The Prussian military ethos of bravery, self sacrifice and ingenuity is what we're trying to emulate here. It's the EXACT opposite of the open-day "hide behind a tree and empty mag after mag" mentality.
Boshman has kindly loaned me his custom MG42 so we now have some very serious firepower 
. In fact any Yank reading this should now be shitting themselves. If they aren't it's because they haven't seen this thing in action

neither me tiny or phil have fj smocks, and tinys a large chap so borrowing one could be tricky.
the 3 of us all have gear to go as SS, (in oak a and plaintree) and the most probable weapons were bringing are an mg 42, a mp40, and a scoped tanaka kar 98.
we could probably be used as an mg group, the mg42 has been beefed up and is now pushing out a decent fps, it was running around the 260 fps mark a while ago, its up to 350 fps now (but it still runs on 250 round mags, so its has regular pauses to reload, to simulate barrel change and belt change)
im 99% sure tiny is bringing it

This works well. We now have the basis for a proper FJ squad AND a WfSS squad, so Anthony, Phil and Tiny can stick with the SS camo

I've used Boshman's 42 a little bit a previous games (I was his assistant at St Lo) so I should be safe to take over from you if required if Neil is ok with that. I'll try to stick closer to you than I did Neil at St Lo, I kept losing him then!

Alternatively I will be taking a stupidly heavy replica MG42
I'll be using my boundless charm to get up close to them and smother them with endless generosity. Mostly offerings of free food that being American they will be unable to refuse and under the weight of which will eventually collapse and have a coronary.
Alternatively a K98 seems the best choice as an MG assistant but I'll bring my MP44 along just in case. I'd like to use my Tanaka now I've got it running well again but doesn't look like good tanaka country so I may go 330fps springer. The trouble is my springer I still haven't fixed up after Dragoon when I lost the end of the outer barrel! Whatever I decide as MG assist its pretty obvious what group I fall into.

im taking a tanaka k98 rich, it may not get much use, again im an mg assistant, but for those really pesky long range shots, it would be nice to have one in the arsenal
