Hey guys, while doing a spot of research into a future loadout i stumbled across this website

http://www.germanhelmetdecals.com

Its been mentioned once before i believe on this site. but i thought id bring it up again.

Its got some really great looking decals ranging from new to very worn.

Im gonna order some when the time calls for it.

They do some great US, and Russian decals also.

Apologies if everyone knows about this already

The Red Stars painted on helmets were, well I just said it - painted, not decals.

However, I guess this would at least give a whole unit a uniform appearance but as this was something done for parades only why would you bother?

Oh yeah, the Red Star is the symbol of the army and the Hammer and Sickle is the symbol of the state. That's why you never, at least in my experience, see the latter painted on anything military.

Its more of a resource for german helmet decals...I didnt say that the russian ones were accurate, as i have no knowledge of the russian army during ww2.

 dude is that bmw one historical?
no hammer and scycle ones?

They can be used on the german ww2 motorcycles. They were manufactured by BMW

A very good selection there-anyone bought any-if so whats the quality like and are they waterslide or dry transfers?

Couldnt find any pics of a BMW helmet but most if not all factories supplied their workers with helmets bearing their logos--
