Yeah but is that unladen or in full marching order.... if you've your a frame, rifle, lid and equipment i'd add an extra ten hours on....

the only way id make it in 40 hours or less would be with the assistance of amphetamine (not unknown for guys in my old regiment to "bomb" a wrap an hour before the Combat fitness test)
