Hi Folks can anyone help answer Torrance question in Event Details regarding bringing airsoft weapons into the UK from Germany, Many thanks.

Just to say, October is a while off yet and I haven't even considered events for then just yet, but I am definitely interested in taking part in this one. I'll pay in a few weeks time and state which unit as well.

Does anyone know minimum age for the site ?

Son has said he'll consider giving ww2 a try He'll be 14 the week after the event. Thought we could act as a support gunner team. He can carry all the crap

I used this site for a couple of years as my local & I'm positive the minimum age was 14.

With parents permission 14, so long as they have a parent or responsible adult with them, must wear a full face mask. cannot purchase or use pyro , no trainers, modern weapons ,or uniform,

The rules thread mentions civilian clothing - is this for Volkssturm?
That section isn't on the booking thread?

Hi ncompany, if you want to be in the Volkssturm (militia units for aging men) then let us know when booking you will be attached to a German unit under the units CO, you need WW2 clothing or mix match German uniform, weapon WW2 or WW1 any type as long as it within FPS limits, and of course a Volkssturm arm band Epic militaria has them, or we can make you one if you let us know . regards Steve

I have a Volkssturm armband, this was just for a friend.
I have FJ kit to use.

Hello gents, thank you for the add, I'm very much looking forward to going to this event as combat south is my local site. Hopefully those of you who haven't been before will enjoy it. Having read the threads so far I can see that the ss and heer squads are now full. What would be the feasibility of joining in on the FJ group if I was to get hold of a Luftwaffe field division jacket? My loadout is all German so far and I currently don't possess any allied gear (future project) in all honesty I'd be happy to fill any position though as finally attending a WW2 specific day is my main priority

I have opened up a few more space in certain units but that is it folks , as you can see on the list that there are spaces in other units .Cheers for support

Russ at Combat South is laying on some pyro technics around the site. So Artillery barrage can take place . There will be extra porta loos on site, so you don't have to dig a hole
Jerryatrick is also laying on some pyro bangs.
