Currently running around 6 now the last scheduled meeting of the day is out of the way and the crisis of the crashing licence server sort of solved.

Batteries charged, chocolate, energy bars, drink and pyros safely stashed in gas mask tin and boots have yet another layer of dubbin.

More gear to sort out tonight.

Cheers
Martin

About 7/10 at mo.

2 little jobs to do at work this afternoon and then the shopping. Followed by last minute kit checks and unloading the van ready for the morning.

I think I now have more ww2 kit than tools for work :slap:

Finally got your priorities right then, Tim! :giggle:

I'm meeting up with the Geordies tonight in Kiddy - gotta raid the cashpoint and load up the car - leaving in an hour to beat the rush. Auf Wiedersehen, pets. 8)

5 for me, still four hours left in the office before attempting to drive across London in rush hour traffic this evening. It'll be a 9 come 09:00 tomorrow morning though!

I'm now at 8 or 9,
Everything is packed in the car, ready to head off tomorrow! (I have to pick up my new alternator for my Astra on the way, though  )

All packed and ready to go... looking forward to a simple day without tentage, camp and other guff. Okay so I have 4 guns to bring, but only one bag of uniforms and webbing. That's VERY VERY light for me! Maybe the lightest I've been to a WWII airsoft game ever.

I think the best decision was not to take doughboy pack or suspenders. I just have a belt rig and a map case for bits and bobs. (Well actually 3 belt kits for the main three guns. I'm planning to use my garand all day, the carbine, tommy and colt are only there for spares...)

I'm at about 7.

Just finished work, batteries on to charge, two boxes of kit ready to go (I find big plastic crates fit in the car nicely and are easier to manage then bags), rifle cleaned and sandwiches in the fridge. I have also decanted some BBs into 600-round bags using my very accurate postal scales. My boots got a clean (sort of) last night - their first since the Il Gigio game! Just need to pile everything at the bottom of the stairs now ready for Steve (cheeky chappy) picking me up at 7am tomorrow.

I just hope the Fuhrer appreciates all this effort....

Right, everything sorted :good: only 2 things to do in the morning, make sandwiches and a flask of tea :D like Yith I'm travelling very light this time as I don't intend staying over, 1 toolbox, (which is big enough to get my 2 stens in as well as tools, gas and bbs), 1 plastic crate and I'll be travelling to and from the game in kit.

Excitement level? a comfortable 6 will climb as I get closer to the site in the morning :D
