Re: Basic Safety in WW2 Airsoft Games

I'd strongly recommend going to some open days and trying out regular airsoft so you can get a feel for how it all works and how much protection you feel comfortable with. Beret for the car park, helmet for the game.

Wools whatever, as it looks like it will be both cold and wet. Ideal hypothermia weather, but wool is wonderful stuff in the rain.

Re: Battle of the Bulge: La Roche

Brilliant, that saves me doing one.

If you put it in its own Campaign Medal thread and ask Dave the site administrator to sort out the link, we'll be able to add it to our profiles.

Re: After action Report and Pictures

Many thanks to the organisers for putting the game on. The structure of the missions around the use of the site worked really, really well. Some really tense moments, lots of creeping around, and some very nasty surprises! Many thanks to my Russian comrades, we may not have captured the Ark of the C...

Glad it is sorted. I dug out my spare jackets but they are all pretty slim.

It looks like Arthur's website has disappeared, and the pictures with it.

Thanks Chef, that was what I suspected. We're both about the same size so I'll go for a medium.

Re: Gebirgsjäger Wind Jackets

I was also thinking of finally taking the plunge and getting a GJ jacket. The only place with them in stock seems to be Hiki at the moment, but the sizes look absolutely enormous (is Medium really a 50" chest?? ). Any sizing advice would be welcome, but I know from experience that Hiki sizes ar...

Re: Thank you!

ps how many brit squads failed their medical checks and have to go to steal medical supplies? Every single squad failed at one point or another! We all had dystenary and had to sneak off to capture those very dubious looking pills. Only Squad 3 managed to do the LRP missions though, which is a sham...

Re: Thank you!

It was a really good day out and the weather gods smiled. I was really glad I only had a shirt and shorts on! Many thanks to my good comrades in 3 Section, at least I only got us all killed a few times, and big hats off to the Japanese who managed to sneak right up to us on two occasions. Love the T...
