Re: are we trying to fix something not broken?

even though i am new ish, I have found the nice mix very attactive, allowing me to pick and choice the type of event I feel like at the time. I am happy for the organisors to just keep doing what they are doing, they take the risks and at the end of the day registered numbers and turnout define whet...

Re: No interest guys?

simply timing for me, very early in the new year, so difficult to commit - the good think about most games is the long lead times to prepare and arrange timetable. due to timing on this one, I wouldnt want to commit and then let people down due to other commitments.

Re: SRC MP40. Opinions please?

Hi amoco In my opinion.........stick it on the wall and leave it there, the src is the best looking pile of pants every created. Mine fired less than 40 rounds (BB,s) then the gear lost 5 teeth, so replaced, the mags fall out, miss feed, constantly block. I have stripped, cleaned, etc etc and it's a ...

Re: lone wolfing? Good skills or bad drills?

the ridge, as mentioned earlier, highlighted for me what WW2 airsoft is all about. We stood in our designated area and watched as countless allied troops crossed the road and moved towards the zug on our left flank, we hear the engagments, we watched the vehicles moving away from us (never once comi...

Re: Thanks to all

I thought you did very well Gadge and you were very respectful in all your orders, which made me want to fulfil your requirements, without question, now I just need to work on my ability to actually fulfil these requirements affectively  Leadership is about people wanting to follow you, dictat...

Re: lone wolfing? Good skills or bad drills?

While we (the Germans) in zug 3 held the ridge, a lone allied player pinned our right flank with some very good sniping, and getting a good few hits, we were unable to spot him, and unlike an open day the ammo restrictions prevented us from letting rip and blasting away and hoping for a lucky hit. From a newbie who was attending only his second WW2 event, i would like to thank everyone for making me feel welcome, but also to raise a point with regard to the rules. Gunma...
