Re: Massive thanks for an epic game! +Photo Posts

Many thanks for the game! I only took a handful of pictures in the end and half of them are of the curious Japanese sweets! (Also got one of some intel for squad 2 if it counts for points)

Re: Thanks for an awesome game!!!

Cheers for the 34th for hosting another great day! Had a fun time stalking around as the Japanese, not to mention joining in a couple of Banzai charges! Those...sticky bombs...blimey its a good job we walked rapidly away from them once lit... I felt the dense vegetation in certain areas put th...

Pretty cool this is going ahead! I've been gently nudged into this so could you add Chris Gilman (me) and Tom Owen (worrywort) for the Japanese please!

Re: Booking list

 A game literally ~7 miles from my parents house! (kinda makes up for almost every single game this year being inaccessible for me since I moved out to Wales). In absence of German/Russian kit, it's likely I may party as a partisan, assuming no work commitments (which have a tendency to coinc...

Re: Webley MARK VI co2 revolver

Thanks for sharing the pics Kendo. Out of interest, how do you remove the inner barrel from the frame?

At some point I might try my hand at the hop mod, as the power down restrictors make it skirmishable, but pretty much neuters the range. Not that it had much in the first place!

Re: Webley holster issues (too much webley)

I've had the same problem too with a new repro p37 holster so it's not a shrinkage issue. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think it's because of the size difference between the .38 and .455 webleys. The holster is designed for the former whilst the airsoft version is the latter. The airsoft one will fi...

Re: Webley MARK VI co2 revolver

I got one from Patrol Base as they, for a time, were cheaper than everywhere else. However I have a bit of a problem. When I ordered early this week I'm almost certain they had their fps estimate at 320 as mentioned here. I've had their page bookmarked for a few weeks to read/fawn over multiple time...

Re: Webley MARK VI co2 revolver

Ohh regardless of reliability or practicality I think I'm going to have to get one of these... Airsoft World have a few in, but they list them as ~440 fps. Everywhere else online seems to suggest they are lower at 300-320 or thereabouts. Could some of the purchasers on here confirm the power? I'd pr...

Re: How was it for you?

Had a great time again, so many thanks to all the organisers and COs for making the day run and play out so well! :good: Cheers to everyone in the Brit squad for pulling together and keeping upbeat and eager no matter the situation! I must say I loved the end charge. I'm not sure when or where I wou...

Re: Thompson Machine Gun

Both brand stick mags should work in either gun. I've used a high cap TM in my KA Thompson for a long time with no problems. That said, about 3-4 months since my post earlier in here, its trigger mechanism broke and was unable to be fixed or replaced by my local repair shop. So it lasted about 1.5 y...

Re: SOF BD sizing?

I got the SOF 40'' chest as I have a few other jackets etc labelled as that size. Being 6ft tall the extra length is appreciated, but I'm also very skinny so I noticed it looked like a very baggy fit, even by BD standards I guess, when I saw the pics of myself at the Rise of the Tenth. In actuality ...
