Re: Discussion thread. Kit, scenario, general chat.

Quick question Seg. i might have another lad coming with me, i can kit him out in my spare british infantry uniform & helmet, but iv only got spare P58 webbing. would that be a suitable stand in for P37? also given the lack of british infantry, would they be folded in with the para unit? cheers...

Re: Open days... whats the consensus nowadays

i play a lot of open days on my ww2 gear and get nothing but positive comments. i also bump into quite a few players who only play open days and not milsim in ww2 gear too and they all say they get nothing but praise for their loadouts as well. including those who use german gear.

Re: New from Rotherham

your safest bet are the ICS and G&G garands. M1 Carbines are gas and a bit tricky for a beginner to get to the right setup FPS wise for gaming with. If your budget is a bit tighter though a King Arms Thompson would cost you less than £200 and would be a excellent place to get started from.

Re: New from Rotherham

p.s i see your trying to aquire a gun for the games, id highly recommend a spring bolt action or an electric gun of some sort to start with, especially with us going into the gas unfriendly months.
