Re: Rules

No Grenades due to the restrictions of the site at present.

Does this include tag rounds? Would you be so good as to ask? If we can bring them to use in the mortar, that would be great but if it's because of noise upsetting the neighbours then that's fine.
Cheers

Re: Site closing for good

It's a real shame, not just for the combat South team who loose a fantastic woodland site but for all of those of us who have played there. 6000 houses to go from the m27 right up to the site.
Just hope they find a new location, not easy down south.

Re: Smle stock

The wait is the drag with me. No sign of the stock and no communication from them. I understand this is standard with them and don't want to be that guy nagging but if they sent the occasional update would be nice.

Smle stock

https://taringcarvingwork.com/ Although I have a lovely Tanaka k98 (g33) and a home built No4 both of these are gas rifles and are not happy running sub 350 especially during the summer months. So I decided to invest in one of these smle kits that are built to fit a VSR, one of the most reliable pla...

Thanks

Many thanks to Ollie for his first event at this site. Small numbers led to an intense game and I very much enjoyed playing this new site. It's always good fun if you can enjoy a game playing alongside friends and the Brit Para squad had really good games this morning. Sorry I couldn't do the two da...

Re: Tommy chat

Not that I would want to give away plans in advance, OpSec and all that but there will be times during the event where support weapons will be a good thing to have. The commandos have a brace of Brens which will probably equate to one that will survive both morning and afternoon :happydance: Whilst ...

Re: Operation TONGA Details

Hi there, in answer to your question, the Friday camping is free of charge, obviously you'll need to bring everything you need plus some extra water but there's no charge for staying over. A few beers and som banter always help the evening along :) I'd say get there around 5 ish and we would ask tha...

The commandos in this event will be like the Cavalry
It would be bad form to arrive in advance of schedule.
In the nick of time will do nicely

Re: After action Report and Pictures

I must say for my part commanding the commandos was made a pleasure by the great team I had. Everyone took to their tasks and worked well with each other, coming up with suggestions when necessary , generally working really well as a team. Favorite part for me was the Radio room mission, setting an ...

Re: Questions about the event

The guy who runs our shop is attending, I’ll ask him if he can bring some pyro with him.
Usual rules, shop bought pyro only, nothing home made, nothing louder than a mk5, no crow scarers.
