Unfortunately, it's taking longer than anticipated, because Karl is having to transfer everything manually. It's a complete ballsache, and very frustrating.

Yes, they are being utterly stupid about it. As an external supplier, they are not confined by the VCR act anyway, it is up to the importer to prove they have a defence. The AFRA website will be down for a few hours whilst Karl works his magic on the bugs. Please be patient, the whole new site is being done for members benefit, not to cause agro.
