1. SMLE, Mosin Nagant, Garand (all run sub 350fps)
2. Normally only at open days. Though I had to switch from my SMLE to sten at one of Josh's WWII events after being seriously outgunned.

As Steve says, don't buy a side arm.

Save your money. Buy a correct main weapon or even better buy some extra uniform items. Maybe the correct boots, helmet. etc...

Or... even better save your money to pay to get a WWII event. :)

I don't think you'll have any issue with the sear at all. It's made of steel and a lot better designed than most I have seen. Completely different from either the VSR or APS2. They're easy enough to strip and work on I found. I've even partially stripped in the field. If you have experience with str...

8 Skaven. Some of the first models I painted in the early 90s and I always regretted selling. Since then I made a rule that I would never sell a painted model... This I have kept to until very recently when I realised I had just far too many and they no-longer meant as much as those original 8 Skav...

The Gas Brassard there is an SoF one. £6 and a good repro. Probably a lot better than one could make oneself for the price. You may notice that in that photo of me (eating a wasp) there is no entrenching tool. Well I do now have one... It's actually yet to be used as a british one and has been used...
