Re: Anyone fancy making me an Owen gun?

LiPOs are bloody great, haven't regretted the change from NiMH once. If you follow the instructions and don't mess up, they're really not dangerous at all. And on topic: dadio I am once again extremely jealous of your skills, and of all you lot that you can hire his services (I assume that there are...

Re: Paras - Uniform, Kit and other Particulars

Was not too pleased with the results, I think the swirling is better (I did it afterwards). They need to be really wet to get the effect. I suppose you could spray it to be more wet.

Re: Paras - Uniform, Kit and other Particulars

No worries mate, just did a double take because it was so similar, then noticed the edge of my carpet :giggle: . Most of the period pics I've now looked at have less scrim than you and me (and you seem to have less than me), but I doubt it was possible for individuals to have more. And like the othe...

I'm always amazed at what people can do with metal and wood, my skills are limited to painting and wiring. Great job!

Re: Hello from Essex

11.1 totally not needed for the Sten. Mine has a few upgrades and still the 7.4 keeps a good rate of fire and last for atleast half a game (3-4 hours). The switch for the trigger is really the weak part for the Sten, and might need replacing at some point in my experience. I would not recommend gett...

Re: Webley MARK VI co2 revolver

That looks awesome, except I'm a little worried about the FPS. My experience from CO2 revolvers is that they shoot as hot as sniper rifles, we had to ban them from our games because people using them as sidearms, shooting from 10 feet away.
