A few months ago I put on all my US Airborne gear. Maybe a bit too much to lug round airsofting...

Still a work in progress: tropical Heer tunic as worn by the 1st Cossack Division in Croatia, 1943-45. Managed to get the boards done last night, using unpiped pre-war pointed boards from hiki + added red piping.

Do you have a horse and a LARP-safe sabre?

Horse is also a WIP, the shashqa is a battery-ready replica. Don't have pics of those right now, sorry.

Thinking of mounting a carousel fibre-glass horse on a Segway for airsoft use though... :ghey:

Attended a open field day this weekend and decided to use my Springfield and my USMC kit to go with it. Wet, chilly and muddy as hell but felt good none the less!

Great looking pics! I can imagine that the Pacific kit is a bit chilly!

Thanks alot! Yeah, the climate here in Sweden is just on the edge of acceptable for the PTO kits now but hey.. They're so comfortable and when you've been playing for
10 minutes you don't really care that much. :)

Me and my brother went to the same field yesterday and decided to use our IJA kits. I spent the first half of the day using our ZB26 and the rest of the day with my trusty Type 99 Arisaka.
The ZB26 performed extremely well and was a treat to use! My brother in the background is using a true unicorn of an airsoft rifle; the KTW Type 38.

EDIT:

I can't stress enough how awesome this field is btw! Averages about 100 - 150 players every weekend, very large area, different types of terrain and Mount Suribachi itself right in the middle of it. :D

Finally got the whole Cossack outfit up and running. Speaking of: running with that sabre is a pain! (K98 missing from pic)
