You will have to travel west for zombies I'm afraid.
Seriously, save yourselves £70, spend it on something useful!

I think you've misunderstood the idea of the cuff title CW. It was just meant to be a for commando type unit that would fit with theme of the game. Gadge & Evo thought it was better to go with something fictional due to the dubious history of some SS 'commando' units. Ragnarok was chosen as it sounds cool but it is also a little nod towards the unit in the comic/film which involved in a similar area of research. If someone has a better name I'm sure we could use that instead.

Come with whatever cuff titles you already have - there wasn't time to officialise those selected for this operation, they were selected for their specialist skills and looking gucci wasn't one of them.

Guys, without wishing to rain on your parade. This game has nothing to do with an invented or fictitious theme. Kermit has researched this quite heavily and has based the game on what he has read about Die Glocke and German experiments with field torsion theory.

Turning up as Hellboy characters would be pushing the film-sim envelope a little too far.

Please, if we can just keep it to what we've requested in the booking list, that would be much appreciated.

Thanks

S :good:

*EDIT* I see Chommers has posted already.

It was really less (actually nothing) to do with Hellboy, and more to do with the fact that anything 'SS' and 'special kommando' has somewhat unfortunate historical connortations...

Still, point taken.

The unit was listed as the Special Evacuation Kommando, not the "Special Kommando" - and lets face it, DM is right, we all (or bloody well should!) know the historical significance of that that specific term....

Yep, the Special Evacuation Kommando (or SEKS?) were right-on dudes who just burnt a lot of dodgy paperwork and moved important equipment and people far away from the prying eyes of the Allies! :good:

REALLY??? I thought that the scenario was entirely madey-uppy. Nice one fella :good:

Didn't Hitler also have a bunch of guys looking for the Spear of Destiny (the real one, not the 1980s band) so he could utilise its "magical powers"?
Or is that a load of cock?

Hitler and Himmler were obsessed with the Occult. In the thirties there were a lot of state sponsored expeditions to far flung places around the world looking for things such as the Spear of Destiny.

Fancy footing the bill??" :D
