Forum rules
All sales placed here are private and this forum takes no responsibility for the conduct of these sales . Please make sure trade sales are clearly marked as such, if you want to discuss having a trade sales area please contact the forum admin by PM.

Only WW2 related items be posted for sale on this forum. Look a-like items are fine, but not guns (etc) that are clearly not WW2 at all. There are other forums for selling modern airsoft items, lets just keep this one to stuff appropriate to WW2, please.

Also, if you're not intending to make an offer, have a query or buy an item then please don't post. We don't want for sale threads to go off topic or have loads of "ooo I like that, but can't afford it" posts on them.

When the sale is complete can you please edit the title to include the word SOLD and then lock the thread to show it as complete. Do not delete or edit the thread as it is a valuable guide to going market costs for your fellow forum users.

Bumping After 21 days your post will automatically be given a 'bump' feature - please do not make 'bump' posts prior to this - it's a bit like pushing in the queue!

Whilst we have decided not to stop the advertising of Realistic Imitation Firearms (RIFs) on this forum, please note that as from 1st October 2007 the Violent Crimes Reduction Act severely restricts who and what you can sell to other people. It is the seller's responsibility to ensure that sales complies with current legislation. Under 18's cannot buy or be sold an airsoft gun. Anyone under the age of 18 attempting to buy a RIF will be banned from the forum.

British law covers age restriction on the sale of knives in the Criminal Justice Act 1998:
"It is an offence for any person to sell to a person under the age of 18 any knife, knife blade, razor blade, axe or any other article which has a blade or is sharply pointed and which is made or adapted for causing injury to the person."

The WW2 forum offers this free advertising as a service to forum users. We take no part in either vetting sellers or purchasers but ask that sellers show respect for the law and point out that abuse of the dispensation granted to airsofters by the Home Secretary could be adversely affected by thoughtless or reckless sales activity.

£5,200 seems a bargain - I can't remember how much the 222 cost to buy originally now. Hope the chap knew what he was buying - his past purchases this month have been diecast vehicles, misc. collectables and jumpers and cardigans!

He'll get one hell of a shock if he tries to put it in a display cabinet.

Found this while looking for something else:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/A-complete-Le ... 3ccdfef54a

Good for anyone making a SMLE. The same seller has more than one, and some other SMLE bits too.
Not 100% sure if it's him, but I also saw piling swivels on ebay today.

Miltec made Pea Dot, with only 4 of the 5 paint-colors.

I compared a Gavin Militaria Pea Dot with my Miltec Pea Dot and they differ quiet a lot. Gavin's is much greener then the Miltec one, which is more 'kahki' colored.

This is a Gavin Militaria one (pictures made with a flash, so colors are a bit less 'green');

The actual shade of the colours is not all that important, there was such a wide variety of colours used when printing the pea dot it allows a wide range of possibilities. A quick scan of any book covering Waffen SS camo will show a range of colours and dominant shades from pink through brown to grey.
What is important is that there are 5 shades used in the print and the peas tend to run up and down the uniform. Miltec/Sturm only use 4. Gavins print is actually rather good, as is the cut and the cloth used. Its by far the best in its price range, avoid the Ant-Z version there are many issues with each of the examples he made.
SMWholesale and ATF make great versions at the top end of the market.

I know it might not be correct but still it's airsoft and if anyone wants a cheapish set of dot44s and not to fussed about getting every little detail correct then they might be for you

From the same seller these would be more use to anyone starting German airsoft;

Easier to sell on if you dont stay in the hobby than some incorrect pea suit.
