I put a Madbull TB barrel in mine, made it slightly more consistent on groupings, but otherwise left it stock.

OK. It certainly looks like a solid gun as stock. I'll put a new hop bucking in see how it shoots after. Will probably put a new spring in too top bring the fps down. Maybe a sp100 or 110 should do the trick

Time to breathe a little life into this thread by asking has anybody out there taken ownership of a G&G M1 yet, what are your thoughts?

Real info borne of experience is a little thin on the ground out there in internet land as is any word of magazine and accessory availability.

Necro-necro?

Just posted a link on the WW2aa boards to some 3D print files for those of us in need of replacement Marushin M1 magazines:

All credit to the original creator Karanadon.

The 'wings' on the magazines may need a bit of bending when assembled using screws but I have a 3D printed magazine which works in my M1.

I will post photos when my build project is completed.

Got the G&G now.
Finish seems better than the ICS,shoots better as well. Mags are a bit fiddly and only seem to fire 15 or so of the 20 loaded bbs.
Real steel bayonets fit btw.

Guys
Has anyone got a Marushin M1 they'd be willing to sell on? Sold mine to Major for all the pyro I used at Wotan & Churchils(about 300 stick nades) and now I've got back into airsoft I'm missing the old girl.

Still got to finish the DIY kit I made with pewter castings from the marushin and a RS M1 wooden stock as well.

If by owning an M1 means being in the M1 club, then I consider myself in. Waited ages for one to come up for sale,......so in the end bought new, received today, spent this evening plinking at cans with it, and it's very accurate, ( ICS) and is nicely finished.
Come indoors, check the forum..........there's one up for sale!......still it's only £7 cheaper than what I paid, so no great loss.

Had a great time with my M1 at op Zander on the 1st and 2nd of this month, faultless performance from it, just one loose mag, all the others were fine, had some great shots with it, can't wait to use it again in battle.
Best pop gun I've bought for many a month, right up top 5 of my favourites.

Hi I am both a new member here and the proud (should I be) of a Marushin 8mm Gbb Garand.

I do know that some here have gotten the problematic parts machined out of steel to dramatically reduce the chances of breakage. I wonder if anyone has a contact that would be able to manufacture these parts for me I would be ready to pay the price to get this gun working decently.

Any leads welcome.

Cheers.
