Just been browsing on one of the american boards and found this link to a picture of a G3 converted to a MP44, doesn't look to bad.

I ordered from that site and just received a 'ordered cancelled' email from them as the MP44 is a restricted weapon  I wonder who/what you could kill with a set of grips?

Anyone got alternative source details? My '44 front-end should be arriving this week

Yep mine came in about a week .
Note if you get one of these a 20-25mm wide wood drill can be carefully used to extend the recoil spring hole , down through the oil bottle cavity to make enough room to get a long mini stick battery in there (AK47 thingy) .

Infamously bad site/dealer - if you ever go over to the USA WW2 Airsoft site, or even Arnie's Airsoft there's loads of posts regarding wwiiguns
