England Match

Postby HeadShot » Mon May 24, 2010 3:49 pm

Are there many football fans attending this?

If so, we may need to find a way to get to see the first World Cup England match as it's on at 8.30pm on the Saturday. :|

Hook Chommers up to a bicycle generator connected to a portable TV. Either that, or listen on Radio 5.

I don't really go for football usually, but when it's an international tournament I love it.

Heh... ah it's so nice to hear so many dedicated football haters. If I was able to be there at the social I'd be with you drinking away from the match and playing cards... As I won't be there, please have a drink and a hand of cards for me. :good:

There is a pub at the end of the road which the site is down, I'm sure they'll have the game on for those who want to attend :)

Football bores me senseless. Until Germany wins, then it's great.

Only been to one match in my life - USA vs Brazil World Cup 1994

damn! I normally like popping to the pub the evening before a battle, become a bit of a tradition now too... But if it will have a football game on, or more importantly people watching a football game in  , then curmudgeonly cards it is.
