Iron Eagle ‘Fist of Dust’ Operation Winter storm
17-18 December
Piddington
£55 with £25 deposit to secure your place.

20 December 1942, the German 4Th Panzer Armee are still trying to break the Russian encirclement of Stalingrad and hook up with the 6th Armee that are now trapped in the rubble city. General Kirchner is still determined even after operations started on the 13 December to make one last push along the lower Chir River and get break the pocket. Now eith only days left and even Manstein and Paulus ready to throw in the towel, the final offensive begins.

Our Scenario and battle is set around the small hamlets and settlement along the lower Chir River and will see the German offensive trying to hook up with unit trapped in the pocket. This will be mainly a rescue and escort for the Germans and kill/capture for the Russians.

What a way to kick off Christmas than with a battle to the death.

This being our first attempt at a WW2 airsoft day, we're looking at joining you guys as either the german or russian forces, and we are attempting to procure clothes for both factions as we speak. The only thing we might struggle with is armaments. We have aeg's and bolt actions but none of the WW2 variety (at the moment) and want to know if that would cause any problems?

We would really like to attend this one so I warn you in advance I'll probably be asking a fair few questions!

Cheers
Sam

No probs matey and we have shite loads of FREE rental kit for all sides :good: So if guys get stuck or want to save money for Xmas I have it all.

AEG must be period but we are slack on the bolties as long as you scrim them up and there not ultra moders (L96 and the like) We have loads of rental guns too if needed :good:
