batterys charged ,guns serviced ,gear cheched,bb's stowed and stick grnade's arived..... still waiting for boots but stand in boots proofed and polished.just got to pop out and get fodder, was going to get pies but they froze at redcap  :( not so paletable eating frozen ginsters) and its nearly as cold so im thinking french stick and sausage for lunch and grot noodles for evening meal and breakfast.now reaching 9.2 would be higher if me new jolly plodders had arived but they should get here tomorow ,hopefully in the morning so i can treat them to some food and shine.

Oh yeah, today I realised that you can't just pick and instrument up again a year later and still know how to play a tune  .

Given the look on Dean's face - and his hands over his ears - All we need do is funnel the Hun into and enclosed space with powerful acoustics.

Mattesons smoked sausage is my favourite. Good to eat cold, but you can warm it in the sealed bag as you boil the water for the rat pack / noodles/ soup ;)
RETIRED, thanks for some truly memorable times and great people

That is very unusual for him, in my experience.

Have a look in Bluewater before you arrive? They may have an Ann Summers outlet if you want a pair of black boots :)

I've got pair of postwar gaiters I'll bring along if they help

For three days earlier this week one of my front tyres has rapidly lost all air, the last three days it has been fine. Took it into the garage, it was removed and closely examined but no fault found so they put it back together and replaced the valve - so I hope that has sorted it and I don't have to stop on the hard shoulder on the way down. Anyway, all packed and stowed in the car, firewood done too. Now for a couple of hours paperwork until my navigator turns up then we will set off at 3-ish. Satnav says an easy 2hrs 40mins but we will hit the M25 at rush hour so gawd knows how long the journey will actually be.

So, I'm at a 9 and looking forward to seeing everyone again and I hope the weather holds - today has been fab airsofting weather. (Well, for battery gun users anyway!)
