Polish military salute

Postby Nurglitch » Wed Mar 20, 2013 5:47 pm

Just as a curio for you guys (especially the ones who will portray the Poles). Poles salute with two fingers, not the entire hand. This is always done to a hat or helmet and never to a bare head.

That looks so much like a certain salute I used to make in my woggle wearing days, that as a German player Im going to enjoy taunting the Poles with calls of "dib, dib, dib, dob ,dob, dob"
Rene "Are you one?"
Gruber "Vell, it vas very lonely on ze Russian Front."

Meh, no need to taunt. I usually say it myself. :)
