We are asking players not to arrive before 15.00 hours on Friday if at all possible.
Whilst we recognise the desire to escape the humdrum of life, and you want to get your tents pitched and set up, we do need to spend a lot of time setting things up ready for the event. By that same measure we respectfully request that once you arrive you do not enter the game area, we want everyone to find out what we have lined up for them when we start the event.
Whilst we are asking you to be compliant would you be so good as to park with consideration, quite close to each other so we can fit as many as possible into the car park. I understand you don't want to be far from your camping pitch but please be mindful of those arriving later in the evening who still need to park and pitch not forgetting those who are arriving early Saturday morning.
Thank you all for your cooperation.

08.30 would be latest really, we want to chrono all guns that are going to be used in the field and we need to get safety brief done and want to get boots on the ground.
