And atropine eye drops and 'night glasses'. If you can dilate your pupil to 7mm (usually via atropine) and slightly magnify the vision and use larger lenses to gather more light you can see better at night.

MDMA works quite well for dilating your pupils too. Probably buggers up your reactions and aiming though.
