Jamaica infantry volunteers

After years of not being able to find much info, I recently found out that my own great grandfather was in the Jamaica Infantry Volunteers during the war! He fought in France in 1944 and thats as much as I know.

I’m at the National Archives on Thursday. I can find the battalion diary; I believe it’s stored there. I’ll copy it for you.
