Just a quickie ...being cold and wet and a bit miserable is part and parcel of this game . The Battle of the Bulge was conducted in appaling weather conditions.. I for one am praying for snow ....rejoice ...enjoy it ...get into the spirit . At the end of the day you will be miserable for 8 hours max...will not die ..and get to go home ..unlike the poor bastards on both sides we are emulating .

You should come and work for our HR dept... Being unemployed and homeless is part and parcel of the recession...enjoy it...it will make a great pub story in a few years.

Old 'Un is right though, playing Bulge in July sun wouldn't be nearly the same. Personally I will enjoy the 30degree heat of Singapore.
