Certainly gets my interest!

However (from the website)

This is no cottage - the house is as huge as it is luxurious. Your first impression is one of grandeur as you drive through the wrought-iron gates up the wide sweeping drive and park beside the splendid 3-metre high ornamental fountain.

Luxurious? could end up with the place getting a wee bit trashed

Cattle shed? nah, still flammable

A large camping barn might be a better idea - something like http://www.swarthghyll-farm.co.uk/htm/Bunk_Barns.html

I can imagine the booking conversation easily.

Moi: "Hi, i'd like to hire the barn please"
Them: "Certainly Sir, how many people?"
Moi "Er, say, 30"
Them: "Very good sir"
Moi "Er, one other thing"
Them "Of course Sir"
Moi: "we'll probably be in uniforms"
Them ".........what kind of uniforms?"
Moi "Er, You're not Jewish are you?"
