think its we should have ordered the rain coats ;) we tend to get lucky so i am still hopeful , havign had a quite a few wet ww2 games recently i think we due a fairly dry one lol :)

I'll bring my British Rain Cape so I shouldn't be too wet but we'll just have to pretend its a freak tropical storm.

Going to bring my Mosin and a captured Thompson as back up.

I am very excite! :happyswing:

Ralph

Spent last night working out how many layers I can fit under my USMC fatigues...I bought big so a fair few is the answer!

Hopefully, once we're all moving around we won't notice it.

All ready now so i'm at a steady 9 and counting!

Just had a run around the garden with my tabi shoes. They're... A bit more waterproof than I thought and I'm sure I can make them work tomorrow. Maybe I'll bring my DMS boots too just in case.

Ralph

I am sure it will be fine, the ground will just be a bit wet. I'll definately be wearing a wool undershirt though.

Sheffield has actual snow forecast, which always make sit entertaining getting up the hills so I'll set off a bit earlier.

Cheers

Ok upto a 9 now , just got back from the site and its boggy in places but not too bad :)

some of the missions have been changed due to the weather etc but will save for the weeknder games , no having to crawl on your belly under barbed wire now etc ... :(

met a marine while i was on site , seemed bit of a dummy :giggle: :giggle: :giggle: (maybe why he used his liner strap around his chin) :slap:

It'll be fine, even if it pisses it down the site's quite sheltered and you'll soon warm up, especially with last ditch Banzai charges (fast shuffles).

See I've said that now and it'll be -10. :slap:

Do the Japs get sake in place of coffee? That would warm us up and make for some interesting banzai charges
