ZB26 Air Nozzle Length

Postby Granger » Sun Dec 10, 2017 6:22 pm

Hello everyone. Random request but would someone who has a ZB26 be able to measure the air nozzle length for me? I borrow mine and am looking to source a suitable replacement.
Regards,

Ralph

Hi there is a web site called Airlab and in the nozle page it does actualy state the overall lengths of all the major nozzle types so when you do find out the size you will know what gearbox it is compatible with.

Most definitely a version 7 derivative, but the nozzle could be a bit longer or shorter as the case maybe, as with the Thompson v6 gearbox which is the same as the one in the P90 (different angle to motor) but the nozzle is a millimetre or two different in length.
If the stock M14 nozzle is slightly longer than the one in the ZB, it can always be shortened.

I followed everyone's advice and bought a g36 nozzle. I kept sanding it down until the gun was feeding fine and the fps was good. So far it seems the plan has worked. It's feeding every bb at an fps of 300 with an SP90 spring.

Now I need to find a space big enough to test range and accuracy but I've no reason to think it wouldn't be OK.
Regards,

Ralph
