I'd have thought you'd be Wespe Section (or Wespe Abteilung) 1 and 2

Wespen is the plural - wasps.
Wespe is the singular - wasp.

Pronounced Vesper

Not trying to be an umlaut counter, just a suggestion :D

Oh, that's a shame - I thought there might have been a nice and spooky synergy there.

OOH...

I had a 1964 LI-150. Early series III with the round headlamp rim instead of the threepenny bit one.

Bought it for £950, spent about £3K on a stage 3 tune and full ground-up restore - and then sold it for £2K when I was skint

Looked great - blimmin' hard work to ride compared with a modern machine tho.

Aww - I thought mine was special :?

No indicators, no mirrors, drum brakes that left a lot to be desired and teeny-tiny wheels that made you shit yourself whenever you saw a pothole in the road. Ah, happy days.

There were about three old boys near me who'd been Vespa / Lambretta dealers for donkeys years. They all closed down within a year of each other and it became really hard to find someone who could repair and service it (I have very little mechanical ability  ) That was in the mid-90s JUST before the big revival in classic scooters (Jamie Oliver had one and all of a sudden everyone wanted them)

We'll be setting off around midday..so we'll have plenty of time to set up chill out and have a few can's.If we go to the pub in kit then get your shirt and tropicals cleaned up also get a cheep black tie.. it will look alot smarter as a walking out dress.
