I just thought it worth saying seen as U.K. and U.S. firearm laws are very different. It might worth you looking into New York state laws surrounding the matter, you might find that using a real compensator is completely fine (though from what I've read they can be quite collectable, so it's up to you).

Unfortunately for me New York gun laws are really strict. Compensators on real steel guns are illegal. I just might forget the real one and wait till I can get one from this guy. Like you said...the real ones are very collectable.

Ah ok, I had heard that gun laws in NY were fairly strict (by U.S. standards) with hand guns being banned in New York City. It's probably better not to ruin a piece of history for an airsoft gun anyway.

Well said friend. I have a lot to do on the gun. So ill be busy and when this guy gets the compensator in ill do it then. In the meantime of course.

Sorry Brain. I am not the person selling them! I have had a few PM's on these. God knows why as it really is nothing to do with me. I think I enquired about one on a post a few years back.
Regards Chris.

The maker of these is the first poster on the thread. However, it looks like he had difficulty in production and, in any case, hasn't been on this forum for five months.
I'm declaring this dead and hence now unstickied.
