As described above - the scope is a modern Scout 2-7 x 30 long eye relief that is far more "eye friendly" but still looks period - it is set on a US weaver mount designed for modernising Mauser's. Okay maybe not one for your rivet-counter at a public display but great optics for airsoft. It also has a mount for the G&G scope if you wish to get hold of one of those.
