Hi - just testing the water here. I know these guns do not have a particularly good reputation but I offer mine for sale as per below:

SRC MP40 purchased around 18 month ago, but only had little use since and never skirmished. It has had a new set of steel gears put in (not by myself) when the originals failed due to the EBB jamming. I have since disconnected the EBB mechanism and it seems to shoot fine. It has also had a new MOSFET micro switch installed when the original one seized.

The gun has had the original paint finish on the steel sections rubbed down with a very fine grit sandpaper with 3-in-1 oil applied to it. It has then had metal polish applied and it 'buffed' to produce a shiny, 'gun metal' type finish/colour. The alloy sections have been similarly rubbed down to produce an overall finish conducive with sling/clothing rubs/general wear.

The gun comes with 2 hi-cap mags, SRC sling, box, battery, charger etc. I'm only selling it because I want to buy a PFC or GBB MP40 as I just hate the concept of AEG's.

I was looking for £250, otherwise it'll happily stay as a wall piece as I have put a fair amount of work and effort into getting it looking (and dare I say shooting) right.

Just to inform, this is no longer available for sale as I have decided to keep it for the Summer months and get out and do some skirmishing. I will keep this thread up though (if that's ok with the mods), as I will put it back up for sale later in the year.
