Well not by me yet, I was vaguely tempted.
The critical point in Chommer link is that is illegal to buy a Realisitic Imitation Firearm if you are under 18. That Sten is a RIF.
However, all is not lost if you are keen to own a gun. Airsoft World do two tone Stens, currently on sale for £159, and when you are 18 you can think about painting the bright coloured bits black and turn it into a RIF. It is illegal to buy a two tone and make it into a RIF unless you have a valid defence, so you'd still need UKARA or some other valid defence.
If this is all too much faffing around, might be better to borrow/rent until you are 18.
