Craig Armistead (Wladek)
David Mindham (Horus)
Paul Saunders (Wraith666)
Jeremy Blume
Dean Armistead (lipton)

Well that was a hard one to organise

To the organising chaps:
If there remains something like four of us would it be acceptable for us to came as a kind of SOE/SAS/SSSS (Super Special Sneaky Squad) instead of a commando group? Given that commandos would operate with more that 4 people normally. Do not hink there would be much, if any difference, in how we would generally look but for the 'immersion' aspect. If it wouldn't be damaging to your scenario or any type props and such. :)

You can come as the four horsemen of the apocalypse if you want to, there's still only going to be four of you haha. Yes that's fine, however by putting the list up you have just volunteered as squad leader. Congratulations :good:

The Super Special Sneaky Squad sounds good but I bet you ain't got a patch for them.

 Anyway, use this thread to sort out your Section. Which weapons you'll be using, any equipment you'll be bringing, and what roles you would like each member to play. You will need to assign a medic to your group and working out some hand signals etc wouldn't be a bad idea either.
I will ask Taffy to brief you with more information regarding your task.

Your orders will be given next week and I must tell you that you will not see much action on Saturday morning (as in shooting) but later in the day you will have so much to do you will need another 6 people :) I will also PM your commander as a secret mission is already set for you :)

as everybody should watch periodically...

action smacktion, I look forward to completing objectives without firing a shot.

However, on the assumption that Johnny Fritzy is going to insist that we do shoot them what weapons will people be armed with in the British section?

If I am lucky I will have my Garand, but it is unlikely. So I will likely have my good old, reliable M10 S&W, my still slightly temperamental MP40 and the infamous DBoys K98.

David will be using the spare Thompson SMG.

In regards the Medic I think, if it is all right, we will 'rotate' the medic around so everyone takes a go. We don't really have the men for a dedicated medic all the time and nor would a dedicated medic fit with a four man commando sneak team.

I have a British Medics bag and armband i will bring, so will be OK for distinguishing him.

Sounds fair enough, the medic bag would be an idea so no one gets accused of not taking hits, taking armbands off etc.

All of us have been trained in Battle Field First Aid, cool,

As a Load out I wil be bringing a Tompson M1a1, a 1911 GBB, the Dboys for a laugh, if you need sniper cover I can bring my disguised L96 again, it made a mess of the German mortar crew at Autum Mist, hehe!

The normal BD's and probs a Denison if the weather changes, 37P webbing, is there any specilist kit that you want me to bring?

it's maximum training for the SSSS. Specialist kit? well if you've got a battery of 25 pdrs lying around...

Yeah sniper cover would be nice, but I think it will be better with proper period guns as we have em. We'll be the assault chappies by the sounds of it, SMG's all around. Plus my MP40 is all mended and lovely again.

No probs, I'll have my K98 at Die Glock just to stand a chance of zeroing it in the tunnels, wont use it in the games though, will be taking it to Bloody Gulch as a spare incase my Tompson packs up
