You can come in a hessian sack and plastic helmet if you like! Not that you'd want to, but there you go.

Well looking at it the booking list, you'll be the only player in SAS kit at the mo... so its up to you!

If it helps... preferred PBI kit for this event is Ox and Bucks... ;)

I have been looking around the internet to find an Ox and Bucks cap badge, but all I can seam to find is, what looks like, the large one that is, so I read, the wrong one.

Any suggestions on what I should do

Get what you can...

Small correct ones are like hens teeth. If you can't find one then get the closest you can.

Most people will probably have the large ones!

I do have one of my repros left... That's a large one with cloth backing and is yours for a small fee...

Right then, that solves that problem.

I find nothing spurs me on to finally get my badging together then the knowledge that I should be writing an essay instead... Got all my socks paired too...

You have a new recruit, please see the booking list. Woodlander has been sent back to Blighty with a gammy foot and will be replace by Fraser Newton (Fraz984).

So how many Brits have e-tools then?

As I am asking the question you may infer, correctly, that I do not. Was going to squeeze enough for one but the price on S&S was up to double what I could have done.

camping shops, not very ww2 but it does the job. if we are digging and filling sand bags, some will be digging and some will be security pickett anyway, so not everyone will need one.

heh... the ww2 british entrenching tool is nothing like a modern folding spade...

For digging entrenchments what we really need is a proper shovel ... and a volunteer to carry the bloody thing :)

I can probably supply a nice looking shovel if someone wants to carry it.

Leave the shovel at home Yith, regular e-tool will do the job just fine for scrapes or emplacement mods. Any heavy digging and we will get the Yanks to do it!

I don't want to lose them all to this... (or lug them all about)

They were intended for use with TFSS... :)

What I mean is that I can certainly bring some, just not 30... How many do you want?

I can bring a few more sandbags in case Yith's supply is short and a GS pick and shovel if Wladek wants to carry them!
