(didnt have time before heading off to work).
As anybody familiar with military labelled sizes they generally are bizarre and hardly ever fit what is on the label so I always go by what fits me.
Im a skinny 38"" chest,5 foot 10 tall,32"" waist.
Blouse fits with room so would ESTIMATE easily fit a 40"",possibly even a 42"" chest. Sleeve and body length spot on.
Here is where it gets bizarre with the trs. Waist(pulled high),spot on at 32"",leg length despite the labelled size is also pretty much spot on and thats just trying them on quickly with shoes so worn bloused with anklets would be plenty long enough.
