Pair of what look to be in unissued condition woolen battledress trousers-Dutch i believe.
Size wise hard to estimate seeing as they fit almost up to my chest 
Im 5 foot 10,40"" chest,32"" waist and i would say they are a bit big and slightly too long for me.

KL is definitely Koninklijke Landmacht (Royal Army) though.These British style wools were worn well into the Sixties. Identical except for the buttons

Havent dug out my original British 40 Patt BD Blouse to post a comparison colour wise but they arent green like Canuk ones-more of a brownish tint.
Usually when you look at getting BD, you should measure your hips bum and stomach around your belly button.... so that they fit!
