Pair of what look to be in unissued condition woolen battledress trousers-Dutch i believe.

Size wise hard to estimate seeing as they fit almost up to my chest

Im 5 foot 10,40"" chest,32"" waist and i would say they are a bit big and slightly too long for me.

Just posting to confirm these are indeed Dutch. Made in 1950.

Pretty sure 50 is some European size with 1960 being the date

I stand corrected!

Got foxed by the old style label  KL is definitely Koninklijke Landmacht (Royal Army) though. These British style wools were worn well into the Sixties. Identical except for the buttons :good:

Havent dug out my original British 40 Patt BD Blouse to post a comparison colour wise but they arent green like Canuk ones-more of a brownish tint.

Usually when you look at getting BD, you should measure your hips bum and stomach around your belly button.... so that they fit!

Hi there,

I am 1.89 metres and wondering if they'll fit...could be interested...I wear 36" inches at the waist normally...

Kind regards,

Blobski

They may well fit but as they fit so high i cannot provide exact measurements im afraid.
