hi chaps i have a 37 small pack but need to know how one go`s about using it with webbing .
do i need straps of some sort . where can one find such a thing thanks for any help matt

If you look around at militaria fairs you can pick up L-straps for 50p-£1 each. Make sure you get the 2" brass slider-buckle with each L-strap - these are needed to attach the straps to the pack.

If your Brighton based have you been to Paul Bruttons surplus shop.. It's about 50 yards up the road that leads from Preston circus to the Seven dials round-a-bout, close to the 'Cobblers Thumb' pub.
It's an odd little store only open thurs, fri and sat.. Last time I was in there he had a bit of 1950's 37 patt webbing, including some small packs, some large packs and some unused mk3 pouches..
Each time I been in there I can't help thinking of the store in little Britain... "MARGRET... MARGRET"

hi chap yes been in there a few times ! they are a funny pair not sure how they are still going as they only open thurs fri sat and no website but all sorted know got pack and some staps from cobbaton combat in devon
