British BD original sizes

looking at some original bdu's and ther's a blouse (jacket)that's listed as size 10 ,can anybody tell me what the original sizes are in comparison to modern fittings,the trousers are all quite simple waist-leg as per normal but i cant find what size 10 or 13 are?
