I think that it looks better than the Spearhead smock, but not as good as the Rangercamp one. It's a 2nd pattern smock though, so if you want to be accurate you couldn't really use it for scenarios before Varsity, or perhaps Market Garden.
Soldier of Fortune stock them. It's the one that's about £100 on their website.

I got mine from a guy on ebay, best to message him, as he has more in stock than he lists. [link]http://stores.ebay.com/MilitaryExchange-combat-1984?_rdc=1[/link]

He lists size 7 in the type 1 half-zip already.
To be honest, I didn't even look at what he had in stock, just looked him up in my saved list and linked it. I needed a smaller fit when I was after one, and he had plenty in stock which weren't listed. Guess the larger sizes must sell more often.

I bought my first one based on my chest size, a size 7 and it BURIED me! I actually have a size 5 now and that's just right, still nice and baggy and the sleeves are perfect.

Yup, height is the most important measurement for these.
I'm 5'11" and a 42" chest. Mine is a Size 5. It's the height that matters most. Mine is VERY baggy, just as it should be.
Looking at SoF's website for 6'1" you need size 7.
