Quite a few people have the tanaka S&W M10 4" Military and Police.

It's not far off the victory revolver.

You will have to hunt for them though... they're rare.
But not as rare as my Marushin 6mm S&W M10.
I just got a cheap plastic Springer revolver (one of the two tone SW one's from Airsoft World) and repainted it. Fine as a holster filler, and it has an effective range of about ten feet with 0.12s Just about right for a revolver.

Yes, it fits a Webley holster fine (all holsters need stretching first though, I use an old Glock as it is quite chunky). The holster takes either the revolver or my M1911.
Dirty Harry style 'Webley' pic attached. It started off bright blue and silver!

My Tanaka Police positive works well, but no lanyard loop
Lanyard loop can be added to any pistol really.
Drill a hole and apply a split pin with a metal ring through it.
Its on the list of things to do, but its a long list. I was thinking just drilling a hole and aralditing a sling swivel screw like this into position http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00B ... 0NJ447JQQR then add your split ring and lanyard and away you go.
the great thing about the posi is that the grip is relatively free to play with at your hearts content.
Yeah that would work, but I'd screw it in as well as araldite. What you don't want is to rip the lanyard ring out as soon as you drop the gun.
The split pin would be bent outwards on the inside, so much harder to pull out.
Oh, I'd screw it as well, but the araldite or threadlock couldnt hurt. Depending on the metal of the grip it may be a problem to screw or die though.
Heh, metal... you'll be lucky.
It looks like Monkey metal. IIRC you were the one that gave me the idea way back at the arnhem game.
Hmmm... I don't remember that. I was using the split pin method in my revolver then.
I'm not surprised you dont remember, nearly 6 years ago, and another set of little feet your bound to have forgotten something, congrats on the little girl.(also, CHRIST, that probably means that your little lad, who hadent even started school last time I saw you, is probably almost ready for moving on to "big school") I really do need to keep in touch more often.
Later this year he's going to juniors.
