The organisers will be going down on Friday afternoon/evening.
So people can arrive any time on Saturday morning, as we will be there. You may also stay over on Friday night if you wish.
We will attempt to fly a flag on those featureless plains so people new to the site can see they are in the right place.

I'm working in London on the Friday so will head to the site after that if that's ok.

No problem, we will be heading down after work so will be getting there about 8pm
