I think it's a bit silly that we have to pay our own fuel for recces and events so I want to propose that we reimburse ourselves for the cost of fuel for each event.
This could either be the actual cost by filling up before and after the journey, or just something like 14p per mile which is roughly what my car costs in fuel.
EG: For the last recce to Grafton I would be owed (173 x .14) £24.22.
Thoughts?
Fair and logical to me. It's very handy when we can car share as well, like we're doing with Grafton.

For Grafton I don't think we'll be able to cover fuel as we'll only have about £80 profit, but we can register a loss on this one and take it from any profit we get for Hut 9.

Yes, I though we had already agreed that we won't be subsidising other player's entertainment!

What a coincidence! Had a pm off Evo on the GMA forum. I told him we'd sort it out this weekend and paypal him on sunday.
