Popped down to see Andy today to run him through the game plan and get suggestions from him as to anything that he thinks is unworkable/impractical.
The £25 per head cost includes lunch, and I have a range of options from him:
Chilli and baked potato
Beans, baked potato, hot dogs
Pasta, meatballs & garlic bread.
As we have some bloody veggies amongst us, i'd suggest going for the second option. You feckers can have extra beans on your baked potato then!
Can the person who handled the booking let me know the *exact* number of punters we have so when we've decided on the scran I can let Andy know.
Regarding the site itself, there's been some major changes. Some of the blocked tunnels have been cleared through. Some walls have been removed, other rooms opened up. The "Map Room" now has a large mezzanine level in it decked out as a control room. In addition to these changes, there are now a LOT of crates around the place to hide behind, so we shouldn't run into quite as many mexican standoffs as we did last time. There is also now another safezone, half way up the set of stairs at the back of the building. I'm going to re-write a lot of the game plan to take account of these new features. In addition to this, Andy will be supplying 2 or 3 e-det Thermobarics for use at the end of the game (see game plan for their use)
Regarding arrival times, we can get on the site from early afternoon onwards (his crew will be down there clearing the place up - i.e. removing computer monitors and the like) I do not want ANY punters (unless they are traveling with us to the site) to be there before 18:00. In fact, to stop this, I suggest we keep the lower gate closed till 18:00 hrs - that includes people like Yith and Gadge. No time to talk bollocks, I just want to get on with the set dressing without people getting in the way. I intend to be there for 15:00 Hrs (+/- 1/2 Hr) and i'll try and drag a sack truck down with me to make it easier to lug stuff around. If you have one as well, please bring it!

Yep, will try to bring the sack truck from work.
We have mentioned elsewhere that people can arrive from 17.00 so we should amend that, if we haven't already.
David said it would be OK. I didn't. I posted on that thread that I would put up the Part One orders by the end of the Easter break, so they will be going up tonight.
