[Sticky] New Doughboys Forum layout

After discussion with Webby and Lipton I've had Chomley re-organise the Doughboys forum.

What we have now is a forum which is open to the public to see but can only be written to by Doughboy members.

Also note we now have a new set of Doughboy organisers.

Webby is still the boss... but his helpers are now Lipton, myself and Wladek.
